Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number and we will make it right.
Non-returnable
For safety and integrity, opened or used research vials cannot be returned. Unopened items may be eligible for return at our discretion.
Process
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period after we receive and inspect the return.
